Celestial Pabulum
A huge fan of Remedios Varo's work, I took on the challenge of recreating her captivating painting "Celestial Pabulum" with a vibrant 80s sci-fi aesthetic. The goal was to capture the essence of the original's surrealism while injecting a dose of retro-futurism.

Using Midjourney, I explored various iterations to translate the unique imagery into an 80s sci-fi setting. The unusual nature of the original painting presented a challenge, as some details might not have existed in the AI's database. To overcome this, I generated multiple images focusing on specific elements before composing them into a cohesive piece.
This project is just the beginning. I'm excited to further develop this concept by transforming these images into animated narratives using video AI tools.
